Known Problems and Solutions
All of a sudden most data is no longer downloaded?
Make sure that you have the latest version. It that can be
downloaded from the
Download Area.
Each time I start the program I need to input my license key.
Why?
If this happens; right-click the program icon and choose "Run
as Administrator". Then input the license key and it will be stored
correctly.
When I start the program I get "gdiplus.dll" not being found
(error 126). Why?
Prior to Windows XP, GDI+ was not installed with the operating
system and need to be installed manually. You can find the download the
GDI+ redistributable from Microsoft by clicking here. If you still
get this problem after the installation; manually copy the gdiplus.dll
into the Book Label directory.
What happens to my license key if I buy a new computer?
You can simply move your license key to the new computer.
My license key does not work anymore?
Login to the Member's Area from our homepage and generate a new license
key
I can't open the helpfile. Help!
