Print Preview Error

Hi Johan,

I just installed the latest release for music label (v16.0.3 build 2196).
As it said in the release notes there should be a redesigned Print Preview so I tought I give it a try.
Now when I sellect 1 (or multiple) album(s) and push the "print preview" button I get this error message:
"Access violation at address 005C79F4 in module 'MusicLabel.exe'. Read of address 000000A0."
and I'm not able to produce a print preview.

I Get the same error after upgrade to 16.0.3

I can´t use the print at all now

I am running Windows XP Service Pack 3 and using latest release of the music label (v16.0.3 build 2196).

Delete the Movie Label key from the Windows Registry and see if it makes any difference:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Code|Aero Technologies\Music Label

I do not quite understand your reply. What specific keys to be deleted. Whole directory Music label?

Does that not delete my database and setup if I delete all the keys

It will reset window positions etc. You can simply try renaming it and then rename it back after testing if you wish.

It does not seem to solve the problem.

I renamed the folder in the registry, and started the program again.
Then I loaded backup, and tried the print function, but it comes with the same error message.

Do you have other good suggestions

Some changes have been made in the upcoming 6.0.1 update but I am not sure if it solves this particular problem or not. A 6.0.1 beta will be released within a week, it would be great if you'd try it and let me know if it changes anything.

Hi, sorry for the late reply (been away)

I tested the thing you said in the registry, but that didn't solve the problem.
tested something more, and as it appears, I'm using Dutch for language as I'm from the Netherlands.
now when I switch to English language the problem dissapears.
switched back to Dutch and then the same "access violation" message appears when I push the print preview button.

hopefully this gives you something more to work with.
