Tutorial #6 - Handling Loans
One frequently used function for all
home-users is probably the loan management.
Music Label 2008 keeps track of your loans for
you and even let you send reminder emails to
those who tend to return your CDs late.
Adding your Friends
Before you can start tracking your loans you
need to define at least one person. To do this,
you need to switch to the Loan Manager and click
the New-button in the toolbar. When you have
done this you can switch back to the Music
section to manage your first loan.
The Loan Bar
 The
first thing you should do is to show the Loan
Bar (choose Loan Bar in the toolbar). Now select
the person that you just created. Finally select
one or more CDs and click the Apply-button. The
CDs will now be listed in the Loan Manger and
the Entries view will show a small picture in
the left most column for each entry on loan.
Returning a Loan
You can return loans from the Loan Manager or in
the Music section (by choosing Loan Return from
the toolbar Data-page).
