What happens to my license key if I buy a new computer?
You can simply move your license key to the new computer.
When I start the program I get "gdiplus.dll" not being found
(error 126). Why?
Prior to Windows XP, GDI+ was not installed with the operating
system and need to be installed manually. You can find the download the
GDI+ redistributable from Microsoft by clicking here. If you still
get this problem after the installation; manually copy the gdiplus.dll
into the Password Memory directory.
Sometimes when I save an item it does not save correctly?
An issue with long user names found in v3.0 was fixed in
v3.0.1. Simply download the latest version from the
Download Area and
everything should be ok.
I can't open the helpfile. Help!
